1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历及以上，. 统招本科及以上学历；土木工程、机电暖通或工程类相关专业。 2. 熟悉装修施工或机电暖通基础知识（如设计规范、施工图审核原理）。 3. 了解装修施工中的关键节点（如隐蔽工程、工期管理）。 4. 会使用 CAD 软件者优先（参考原始要求，但降低至基础水平）。

实习或项目经验。 5. 有装修工程、机电暖通或相关领域的实习经验者优先（如施工现场协助、设计审核辅助）。 6. 无工作经验要求，但需展示课程设计、毕业项目或竞赛成果（如 BIM 建模、施工方案模拟）。
