一、职位要求 基本要求 学历与经验 本科及以上学历，面向校招生或毕业 1-2 年候选人；专业不限，不要求成熟工作经验，但需要有较强学习能力和发展潜力。 推荐专业方向 优先考虑以下背景之一： AI流程 / 知识管理方向：信息管理、管理科学与工程、数据科学、数字媒体技术、AI 应用等； 战略 / 业务分析方向：工商管理、经济学、战略管理、工业工程、市场营销等； 组织洞察 / 员工体验方向：心理学、社会学、组织行为学、人类学、用户研究、体验设计等； 中文、新闻传播等专业也可，但需具备结构化思维、业务理解和 AI 协作意识。 结构化思维 能将复杂信息拆解清楚，具备基本的问题分析、资料整理和逻辑表达能力。 组织敏感度 对人、团队、组织氛围、员工感受和表达边界有好奇心，愿意理解组织现象背后的原因。 业务好奇心 愿意走进业务，理解产品、用户、市场、研发、供应链和团队真实挑战，不停留在表层信息。 表达能力 具备基础文字能力，能把事情讲清楚、写准确，表达真实、有逻辑、有细节。 AI 协作意识 愿意主动使用 AI 工具提升效率，能判断 AI 输出是否准确、可靠、有价值，而不是简单复制粘贴。 项目协作能力 能在多任务、多协作场景下稳定推进工作，靠谱、细致，有反馈意识和复盘意识。
