1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，社会学、心理学、人机交互、工业设计、用户研究等相关专业优先； 2. 熟悉用户体验相关原则和评估方法，对用户体验有敏感度，并对体验趋势有一定认知； 3. 对消费电子行业产品有浓厚兴趣，热爱体验和评估新电子产品； 4. CET-4及以上，能够流畅地与海外用户进行沟通交流，良好的的沟通和表达能力，善于跨文化交流与协作。
