1. 订单处理与执行 接收并核对销售订单关键信息（SKU、数量、交期、地址），按标准流程向仓库下达出库指令，依据优先级协调出货顺序。 2. 发货进度跟踪 跟踪订单全流程状态（拣货→包装→出库→在途→签收），每日更新进度，发现延迟即时同步并协助推进处理。 3. 交期协调 当产能或库存影响交期时，联动销售、计划、仓库协商排期调整；识别交期风险并向上同步，协助避免交付投诉。 4. 在途跟踪与异常处理 跟踪货物在途状态，对滞留、丢件、错货、客户拒收等异常及时上报并协调各方推进闭环。 5. 订单闭环与对账 确认签收后完成回单回收与系统关单，配合财务完成应收对账，确保数据准确。 6. 发货偏差跟进 处理客户反馈的多送、少送、漏送问题，核实出库记录，调查根因并协调补发或退货闭环。

1. 学历与经验 27届应届生，物流管理、供应链管理、国际贸易等相关专业优先；有订单管理、物流跟单经验者优先，跨境电商或消费电子行业经验加分。 2. 语言能力 英语可用于邮件沟通及系统操作（CET-4 及以上）。 3. 执行力与闭环意识 订单问题不悬置、不遗漏，执行到位。 4. 沟通协调能力 能对接销售、计划、仓库、物流等多方推动问题解决。 5. 数据与细节敏感度 能发现订单信息异常并主动核实纠偏。 6. 抗压能力 大促高峰期能有序管理优先级，保持交付质量；异常情况下能判断问题来源，协调资源推动闭环。
