安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1.AI视觉创意与素材开发：结合项目需求及视觉方向，运用AI辅助设计工具开展创意探索与图案素材开发，产出具有多样性与应用价值的纺织印花图案、纹理素材及创意概念方案，为社区内容提供高效、稳定的设计支持。 2.场景化视觉设计与呈现：围绕服饰、家纺及面料等应用场景，完成设计图案的场景化延展与视觉效果呈现，提升设计内容的真实感、表现力及应用价值，支持社区内容展示与项目视觉传播。 3.设计执行与素材管理：协同主设计师推进设计方案的精细化落地，负责视觉细节优化、色彩调整及设计延展，保障设计输出的质量与一致性；完善设计素材的分类归档与规范化管理，提升设计资产的复用效率与团队协作效率。 4.AI设计方法与流程优化：结合项目实践持续探索AI辅助创作与视觉呈现方法，积累高效的提示词策略及设计经验，参与构建标准化、可复用的AI设计工作流程，推动设计效率与内容质量的持续提升。

1.本科在读大三以上，平面设计/视觉传达等相关专业，实习期不少于3个月，每周到岗4天以上（可沟通）。 2.熟练使用至少一种AI生图工具（Nano banana、GPT image 2等），能稳定输出可用的设计素材。 3.具备场景渲染/合成能力，Photoshop熟练，能将平面图案自然地融入实景画面。 4.审美能力优秀，对色彩、构图、质感有敏锐判断力。 5.细心耐心，执行力强，能在流程明确的执行类任务中保持稳定、高质量的交付。
