安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1. 音频/健康算法优化： 分析和优化现有的音频处理算法，以提高性能和效率。 将深度学习算法推理用C/C++实现。 对算法做定点化，以便更高效运行在嵌入式系统中。 完成AI算法在芯片上的部署，必要时需要考虑量化噪声等问题进行模型重新训练。 2. 系统集成： 将音频/健康算法集成到嵌入式系统（包含音箱、耳机、手环等）中，确保与其他系统组件的无缝协作。 参与系统架构设计，确保音频处理模块的高效集成。 3. 代码开发和维护： 编写高质量、可维护的代码，遵循最佳编程实践。 进行代码审查，确保代码质量和性能。

1. 教育背景： 信号与信息处理、计算机科学、电子工程、声学工程或相关领域的学士或硕士学位。 2. 技术技能： 精通C/C++编程语言，具有嵌入式系统开发经验。 熟悉音频处理算法，如滤波、回声消除、噪声抑制等。 了解嵌入式系统架构和实时操作系统（RTOS）。 具备DSP（数字信号处理）编程经验者优先。 3. 软技能： 良好的问题解决能力和分析能力。 优秀的团队合作和沟通能力。 自我驱动，能够在压力下高效工作。 加分项： 了解其他脚本语言，用于测试和自动化。 有音频硬件开发经验，如麦克风阵列、扬声器设计等。 具备机器学习在音频处理中的应用经验。
