安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1.负责机器人智能化所需的数据全链路,包括数据采集方案、数据回传架构、数据真值标注体系的落地执行; 2.分析AI 模型训练所需的多模态数据（视频、图像、LiDAR、IMU、红外等）类型与质量要求，制定数据采集标准与目标规模，解决模型团队反馈的数据问题。 3.设计并优化海量数据回传与存储架构，确保数据在多网络环境（蜂窝/卫星/专网）下高效、安全、稳定传输; 4.构建数据真值标注方案，包括自动标注、半自动标注、人工审核等多层流程，以及标签体系与质量评估机制。

计算机科学、人工智能、电子工程、数据工程等相关专业本科及以上学历; 具备跨团队项目管理能力，能够协调硬件、算法、云平台等多方资源完成复杂系统落地; 数据全链路架构设计与落地方面，有无人机、自动驾驶、机器人等领域经验者优先; 熟悉多模态数据采集与时间同步技术，了解摄像头、激光雷达、IMU、GPS/RTK 等传感器特性及数据接口; 对数据标注体系设计、真值生成方法、自动标注与人工标注平台建设有实际落地经验; 熟悉数据质量评估方法（完整性、准确性、多样性、时效性）及数据管理平台的建设与优化;
