【岗位职责】 1. 全球化全品牌视觉设计支持： 协同团队进行品牌新品的全球上市规划，主导或协助POSM（销售终端物料）、展陈物料的创意策划与排版设计。 确保视觉输出符合品牌极致美学标准，并根据不同海外市场的文化与合规要求进行本地化适配。 2. 零售项目落地与交付： 协助管理物料从Brief下达到最终交付的全流程进度。 拆解项目关键节点，监控执行里程碑，协助处理供应链与物流环节的潜在风险，确保物料保质保量、按时投放到全球重点渠道。

1. 专业背景： 全日制本科或硕士在读，市场营销、工业设计、视觉传达、品牌管理或相关专业优先。 能流畅阅读英文方案并进行日常沟通（具备留学经验优先）。 3. 行业认知与经验： 行业敏感度： 熟悉消费电子或快消行业的线下零售逻辑，对用户体验设计有认知。 相关经历： 有消费电子大厂或知名快消品牌实习经历者优先；有海外市场（欧美、东南亚等）经验者优先。 4.技能与工具： 设计与创意能力： 具备良好的排版审美与视觉把控力，会使用设计软件者优先。 项目管理： 具备多线程工作能力，能熟练使用飞书等协作工具进行进度管理。 5. 综合素质： 执行力强： 结果导向，注重细节，具备闭环思维（凡事有交代）。 沟通协作： 擅长跨部门沟通，能适应国际化团队的合作节奏。
