你将参与： 1. 轮岗参与新产品导入、制程优化、产线规划、生产管理等模块工作，系统性建立对制造全流程的认知。 2. 学习并运用工业工程、工艺分析、精益等基本方法论，识别生产过程中的效率瓶颈与质量风险，提出改善建议。 3. 配合团队进行数据采集与分析，借助 AI 工具辅助发现问题、生成改善方案并撰写工作报告。 4. 参与跨部门沟通协作（研发、质量、供应链、设备），推动制造相关任务的执行与落地。 5. 学习并输出标准工艺文件、作业指导书，参与制造知识的沉淀与标准化建设。 6. 在导师指导下，逐步承担独立模块的推进职责，积累项目管理与团队协作的实战经验。

1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，专业不限。 2. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力和数据敏感度，能从数据和事实出发思考问题。 3. 学习意愿和学习能力强，愿意深入制造一线，对制造业有热情和好奇心。 4. 沟通表达清晰，具备团队协作意识，能适应跨部门、跨职能的工作场景。 5. 对 AI 工具（如 ChatGPT/Claude、Cursor 等）有兴趣并愿意在工作中探索使用；有数据分析、制造业实习或项目经验者优先。 6. 抗压能力强，具备较强的执行力和主动性，能适应快速迭代的工作节奏。
