安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 参与端到端语音交互架构设计与研发，构建覆盖语音采集、传输、理解、大模型推理、语音合成的全链路交互系统，实现端、边、云协同的统一语音交互架构。 参与语音交互核心能力建设，研发实时语音处理 Pipeline，包括 VAD、AEC、降噪、Streaming ASR、流式 TTS、Omni 多模态交互等能力，持续优化交互时延、稳定性和用户体验。 参与 AI Agent 工程化落地，构建语音驱动的智能交互系统，参与上下文管理、Memory、Tool Calling、多轮对话、任务规划等核心能力研发。 参与 AI 基础设施建设，包括模型推理服务、微服务架构、云原生部署、服务治理、可观测性及性能优化，打造高并发、高可用的 AI 服务平台。

1.2027届本科或硕士在读，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、电子信息等相关专业。 2.扎实的计算机基础，熟悉 Linux 开发环境，掌握至少一种编程语言（Go、C++、Python、Rust 等）。 3. 熟悉计算机网络、操作系统、数据结构与算法，具备良好的工程能力，对高并发服务或分布式系统有一定了解。 4.对语音交互、大模型、AI Agent 等方向具有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的学习能力和团队协作能力。 加分项 满足以下任一方向即可： 有语音相关项目经验，如 ASR、TTS、VAD、AEC、音频处理、实时语音交互等。 有 AI 工程项目经验，如 LLM、多模态、Agent、RAG、MCP、Tool Calling 或模型推理服务。 熟悉云原生与 AI 基础设施，如 Docker、Kubernetes、vLLM、SGLang、TensorRT、Triton、ONNX Runtime 等。 有开源项目、技术竞赛、论文或个人技术博客等经历。
