【你将参与】 1. 参与智能制造产线建设与优化，通过工艺分析、数据建模与算法应用，持续提升生产效率与质量稳定性 2. 支持新产品导入（NPI），结合AI及数字化手段进行试产过程监控和参数优化，确保快速稳定量产 3. 通过采集并分析生产数据，识别瓶颈与异常，协助建立智能预警与质量预测模型，推动数据驱动的持续改善 4. 参与自动化设备及数字化产线的开发、调试与改进，推动传统工艺与智能技术融合（如机器视觉、自动检测、智能工装等） 5. 融合IE与工艺优化方法，参与产能规划、工时平衡、流程优化等项目，提升人员与设备利用率 6. 输出标准工艺文件、作业指导书与操作规范，参与操作人员培训与工艺推广，保障制造过程标准化和智能化落地

1. 本科在读或以上学历，机械工程、自动化、电子信息、工业工程、人工智能、数据科学等相关专业 2. 熟悉工业制造流程，了解机械、电气、控制或数据分析基本原理，具备跨学科思维 3. 能使用办公软件及常见绘图/建模工具（CAD设计软件、SolidWorks等），掌握Python、MATLAB或数据分析工具者优先 4. 对AI、机器学习、工业互联网等智能制造技术有兴趣，熟练使用Claude、Curssor等AI工具者优先 5. 具备良好的逻辑分析、问题解决及学习能力，工作主动，执行力强 6. 具备良好的沟通协作能力和团队精神，愿意深入现场推动从“自动化”向“智能化”的转型 7. 有制造业实习、数字化工厂、Adobe矢量设计软件+制造项目或技术竞赛经验者优先 8. 有创新精神，能够主动提出改进和优化方案
