【你将参与】 1.核心算法研发: 参与四足机器人地形自适应算法开发，重点攻关楼梯攀爬、极限地形通过等技术难题 2.仿真系统搭建: 基于Isaac Lab/Isaac Gym构建多地形训练环境（楼梯、斜坡、障碍物等），设计自动化课程学习策略 3.算法创新探索: 参与Teacher-Student蒸馏、特权信息学习、域随机化等前沿方法的实现与优化 4.Sim-to-Real迁移: 参与仿真到实物的部署流程，分析sim2real gap并设计域适应方案

1.计算机、自动化、机器人等相关专业硕士及以上在读 2.深度掌握Isaac Lab或Isaac Gym，有多地形场景搭建经验 3.扎实的强化学习理论基础，熟悉PPO、SAC等on-policy/off-policy算法，有实际项目经验 4.熟练使用Python和PyTorch，有良好的代码规范和工程能力 5.了解机器人运动学、动力学原理，对四足/人形机器人有系统性认知 优先条件: 1.有四足/人形机器人真机开发经验（如宇树、云深处等平台） 2.发表过运动控制相关顶会/顶刊论文（ICRA、IROS、RSS、TRO等） 3.熟悉Teacher-Student方法、Imitation Learning、Model-Based RL等进阶技术 4.参与过开源项目（如legged_gym、rsl_rl等） 工作安排: 1.实习时长: 每周4-5天，持续6个月以上（优秀者可转正） 2.工作地点: 深圳 加入我们的理由: 1.团队实力: 算法负责人具备多年四足机器人运控经验，团队在地形自适应/仿生动作领域持续攻关，已实现多项技术突破 2.真机资源: 配备多台Unitree Go2/B2等真机平台，实习生可全程参与从仿真到实物的完整研发流程，快速积累实战经验 3.成长空间: 扁平化团队，与算法负责人直接合作，优秀实习生可深度参与核心模块开发，有机会发表论文
