1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，工业工程、机械设计制造、自动化等相关专业。 2. 了解 SPC/CPK 基本概念，有 8D/PDCA/5Why 等质量工具基础者加分； 3. 不排斥下产线——PQE 的第一手信息来自产线而非会议室； 4. 有工厂/产线实习经验者优先；会用 Excel 分析数据，会 Minitab/JMP 加分；
