我们在找什么样的人？ 我们需要一位对招聘和品牌传播充满好奇、愿意动手实践的实习生。我们希望你： 1. 不满足于"完成任务"，而是想搞清楚每件事背后的逻辑。遇到问题习惯多问几个为什么，愿意深入思考 2. 做事靠谱，有责任心，沟通表达清晰流畅，能同时跟进多线任务不掉链子 3. 善用 AI 等新工具提升学习和工作效率，将时间花在真正需要思考的地方 你会做什么？ 1. 实习期间，你将在 Mentor 的指导下参与校招运营和雇主品牌相关工作，核心围绕"让招聘更高效、让品牌更被学生喜欢"： 2. 招聘运营支持：协助简历筛选、面试邀约、数据整理等校招全流程的日常运营，用系统和工具保障招聘流程高效运转 3. 雇主品牌内容产出：参与推文撰写、简单海报制作、短视频剪辑等，让安克在校招季被更多学生看见和记住 4. 社交媒体运营：协助运营微信公众号、小红书、B站等平台账号，参与选题策划和日常内容更新 5. 高校渠道对接：协助维护高校渠道资源，对接校园大使和社团，参与校企活动的落地执行

任职要求 1. 硕士及以上在读，27 届毕业，专业不限 2. 有招聘或校招相关实习经验优先，对招聘和品牌传播有兴趣 3. 具备一定的文字功底和视觉审美，了解微信公众号、小红书、B站等平台的内容玩法，熟悉大学生圈层文化 4. 沟通表达流畅，工作责任心强，执行力好，能同时跟进多线任务 5. 每周至少实习 4 天，实习期不少于 3 个月
