你将参与： 1. 负责自动化测试框架与工具的开发，方向包括但不限于 UI 自动化、接口自动化、嵌入式/设备端自动化等，持续提升测试效率。 2. 在智能硬件业务中落地自动化测试，覆盖"端—云"全链路（App / 嵌入式固件 / 服务端），保障业务的及时交付与交付质量。 3. 参与测试环境（真机设备、硬件在环、云端环境）的搭建与优化，建设稳定高效的测试基础设施。 4. 探索并落地 AI 在测试领域的应用（如 AI 辅助用例生成、智能断言、AI Agent 测试等），推动测试效率与质量的提升。 5. 参与公司级测试体系、流程与规范的搭建，将测试能力沉淀为平台与工具。

1. 2027 届毕业生，本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、自动化、电子信息等相关专业。 2. 对 Android / iOS 操作系统有一定了解；有 Android / iOS 应用开发经验，或了解嵌入式系统（Linux / RTOS）、有智能硬件相关项目经验者优先。 3. 熟悉 Python 等至少一门编程语言，有独立开发小工具并落地实际应用的经验者优先。 4. 对前沿技术保持持续关注，在 LLM / 大模型 / AI Agent 应用方向有实践探索者优先；有使用 AI 工具（代码生成、智能测试等）提升开发/测试效率经验者优先。
