1.对战略管理和业务运营有浓厚兴趣，能够提出具有洞察力的建议。 2.具备优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够有效地与不同部门合作。 3.拥有快速学习和分析问题的能力，对细节有敏锐的洞察力。 4.熟练使用主流 AI 辅助工具（如 ChatGPT、Claude等），能够通过 Prompt Engineering 高效获取结构化输出。 5.具备 AI-native 工作思维：善于利用 AI 提升信息处理效率，能够判断 AI 产出的质量并进行迭代优化，而非简单复制。
