你将参与： 1. 负责以下岗位职责方向之一： 2. 订单交付：销售预测与订单输入的匹配与校准，优化供应资源配置，协同其他部门管理订单承诺、订单需求变更、订单物流发运，统筹解决供应异常； 3. 供应/需求计划：了解市场需求和项目开发进度，评审订单交期，制定可落地的生产计划和交付计划，识别物料供应交付中的风险异常，保障物料齐套与合理交期； 4. 采购履行：结合交付策略进行采购订单下达与分配，跟进供应商侧备料及生产排期，识别订单履行过程中的交付风险，及时发现供需缺口并推动闭合； 5. 物流管理：承接销售或上游部门需求，协同上下游部门策划物流方案并落地实施；优化国际物流网络与仓储布局，提升全局物流运输效率； 6. 关务合规：负责内部与报关行等外部部门的日常交接和协调；根据国际局势与关税政策，动态调整关务策略，提升供应链运营效率与合规性； 7. 区域供应链操盘：深入海外区域市场的生产分配、需求交付，协调总部与海外业务团队合作，跟进库存周转、超期库存等关键指标的日常管理与分析，优化管理本地库存与物流网络，成为连接全球供应链与区域业务的关键桥梁。

1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历及以上，专业不限，以下专业优先。 2. 具备较强的抗压能力和沟通协作能力，希望在供应链领域长期深耕； 3. 具备较好的逻辑思维与数据分析能力，熟悉常用办公软件。
