你将参与： 1. 负责核心算法的设计、实现与优化，覆盖信号处理、图像处理、点云处理、多传感器前融合、机器学习/深度学习等通用算法方向，不局限于某一类传感器（激光、毫米波、视觉、超声等）。 2. 参与算法需求分析，将业务问题抽象为可求解的算法问题，完成从数学建模、原型验证到工程落地的全流程。 3. 负责算法在传感器标定、三维重建、特征提取、降噪/去干扰、数据增强等场景中的性能评估与持续迭代。 4. 配合嵌入式/硬件团队完成算法在资源受限平台上的移植、加速与性能调优（定点化、算子优化、推理加速）。 5. 撰写算法设计文档与测试规范，沉淀可复用的算法库与工具链，支持产品化落地。

1. 2027届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、电子信息工程、自动化、通信工程、信号与信息处理、机器人学、数学等相关专业； 2. 核心技能要求 编程语言与工具：熟练掌握 Python / C++ 编程语言，熟练使用至少一种深度学习框架（PyTorch、TensorFlow 等），熟悉 OpenCV、PCL（点云库）、Eigen 等计算机视觉与数值计算库；了解 MATLAB 等信号处理工具者优先。 算法基础能力：扎实的信号处理、计算机视觉、三维视觉与深度学习基础，深入理解传感器数据处理的核心技术，包括但不限于点云预处理与滤波、雷达信号处理（去噪、波形分解、参数估计）、多传感器融合与标定、三维目标检测与分割、SLAM、三维重建等算法的原理与实现。 工程化能力：了解算法工程化落地流程，熟悉或了解模型量化、推理加速（如 TensorRT、ONNX Runtime）、嵌入式部署（如 NVIDIA Jetson、FPGA、ARM 平台）等相关技术者优先。 数据处理能力：了解传感器数据集的采集、标注与预处理流程，能使用相关工具（如 CloudCompare、LabelMe 等）进行数据处理，具备基于数据驱动优化算法的意识。 问题解决能力：具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能够独立定位并解决算法研发过程中的技术难点，具备良好的逻辑思维与调试能力。 3. 项目 / 实习经验要求 有传感器算法、信号处理、计算机视觉、三维视觉等相关方向的项目、科研、竞赛或实习经历者优先（如智能驾驶环境感知、机器人导航与避障、AR/VR 三维建模、工业质检、智能家居场景感知等）。 有 LiDAR SLAM、点云处理、雷达信号处理等相关方向课题研究或开源项目贡献者优先。 4. 其他要求 具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作精神。 具备强烈的技术热情与学习能力，愿意跟踪前沿技术并投入实践。 有相关方向论文发表（如 CVPR、ICCV、ECCV、NeurIPS、ICRA、IROS 等）或开源项目贡献者优先。
