1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历及以上，、机械工程、机械电子、自动化、航空航天等相关专业。 2. 熟悉常用材料特性及加工工艺，具备一定的成本估算与材料选型能力； 3. 熟练掌握三维设计软件（SolidWorks/Creo/UG 等），能独立完成建模与出图； 4. 有机器人竞赛（RoboMaster/RoboCup/智能车等）或足式机器人开发经历者优先； 5. 动手能力强，热爱机器人领域，责任心强，具备良好的团队协作精神。
