学历与专业： 本科及以上学历（硕士优先），公共管理、国际关系、法学、经济学等相关专业优先； 经验加分项： 曾在政府机关、知名企业职能部门有过高含金量实习经历优先； 专业技能： 具备优秀的公文写作功底和结构化表达能力，能快速理解复杂的政策文件，并转化为商业维度的解读优先； AI 与数字化素养： 具备较强的 AI 敏锐度，日常习惯并能熟练使用各类 AI 工具辅助资料搜集、文本分析和复杂方案输出； 软性特质： 具备极强的自我驱动力和好奇心，逻辑严密，做事细心；在面对多线任务或突发状况时，具备良好的抗压能力和灵活的协调执行力。
