你将参与： 1. 全球服务策略制定：通过不同业务领域深度轮岗，熟悉安克产品全生命周期，进而协助制定并优化全球服务运营策略，确保服务流程与业务发展需求相匹配，推动服务质量的持续提升； 2. 跨国服务项目执行：参与跨国服务项目的执行与监控，包括新品上市前的测试协调、反馈收集与分析，确保项目顺利推进并达成预期目标； 3. 客户服务体验优化：直接参与国际客户服务工作，解答客户咨询，记录并分析客户声音（VOC），尤其关注技术相关问题的闭环解决，推动产品技术与服务的不断提升，提升客户满意度； 4. 海外售后网络管理：协助管理全球售后网络，与海外代理商、经销商保持紧密沟通，在多元文化环境下推进售后政策、技术支持、标准流程在全球范围内的有效落地与实施； 5. 服务运营数据分析与反馈：运用数据分析工具，对服务运营数据进行深入分析，为业务及技术决策提供数据支持。

1. 2027届毕业生，本科及以上学历，理工科（如电子、机械、自动化、计算机等）、市场营销、国际贸易等相关专业优先。 2. 具备优秀的语言能力，听说读写流利，英语或以下小语种之一可作为工作语言：德语、西班牙语、法语、意大利语、阿拉伯语等。 3. 具备良好的技术背景或理工科知识基础，能够理解和分析产品技术流程及客户反馈问题，具备较强的数据分析能力； 4. 具备较强的学习能力和团队协作意识，能够快速学习新知识，有效协调内外部资源，解决复杂技术与业务问题； 5. 具备良好的跨文化交流能力，能够理解、尊重并适应不同国家和地区的文化差异，在多元文化环境中高效沟通与协作； 6. 强烈的客户服务意识，有志于在技术及服务运营领域发展自己的职业生涯。
