我们正在寻找一位对具身智能（Embodied AI）与机器人操作有浓厚兴趣的研发实习生。您将在资深研究员和工程师的指导下，参与机器人触觉感知与多模态学习算法研发，探索视觉、触觉、语言及机器人状态等多源信息的融合建模。 您将参与构建面向真实机器人操作场景的感知与策略模型，研究触觉信息在机器人精细操作中的作用，并参与从数据处理、模型训练到真机验证的完整研发流程，为下一代具身智能模型（VLA、Diffusion Policy等）提供核心算法支持。

岗位职责 1.触觉感知算法研发： 参与机器人触觉表示学习与Touch Encoder开发，探索触觉信息建模及多模态融合方法，提升机器人对接触状态、受力变化及操作过程的感知能力。 2.多模态模型开发： 参与视觉、触觉、语言、本体状态（Pose / Joint）等多模态信息融合，支持VLA、Diffusion Policy等模型训练与优化。 3.机器人操作算法研究： 参与接触密集（Contact-rich）场景下的机器人操作算法开发，探索触觉辅助抓取、装配、插接等精细操作任务。 4.模型训练与实验验证： 参与机器人数据处理、模型训练、实验评测及真实机器人验证，持续优化模型性能与泛化能力。

任职要求 1.算法基础： 熟悉Python，掌握PyTorch等主流深度学习框架，具有良好的代码能力。 2.深度学习基础： 熟悉Transformer、多模态学习或生成式模型等相关方向，对模型训练与实验分析有一定经验。 3.具身智能认知： 对机器人操作、模仿学习（Imitation Learning）、VLA、Diffusion Policy等技术方向有一定了解，对多模态感知与机器人算法充满兴趣。 4.学习能力： 具备良好的论文阅读能力、问题分析能力和工程实践能力，愿意探索真实机器人系统。

加分项 1.有机器人触觉、力觉传感器（压阻式、电容式、GelSight、DIGIT、Xela、6D Force/Torque等）相关经验； 2.熟悉OpenVLA、π0、Diffusion Policy、RDT等具身模型或相关训练框架； 3.有ROS、真实机器人（Franka、UR、灵巧手、双臂等）开发或部署经验； 4.有机器人、多模态学习或具身智能相关科研、竞赛或开源项目经验。
