1、协助跟进美国区域关键零售商（KA retailer）的线上业务运营，支持线上线下全渠道业务推进，参与日常数据整理、信息同步等基础工作； 2、协助落实线上平台销售策略，支持与客户平台、代理机构的对接沟通，整理对接记录及跟进事项； 3、参与营销活动的执行与落地，包括协助整理活动方案、跟进物料准备、收集活动反馈等，支持提升业务流量与转化； 4、协助整理运营数据（如销售数据、流量数据等），参与基础数据分析，为业务策略优化提供支持； 5、支持 3P 业务相关事项，包括协助整理营销投放素材、跟进活动进度等，学习业务增长逻辑； 6、配合团队完成其他与海外电商运营相关的辅助工作，在实践中学习海外电商运营全流程。

1、在校大学生，专业不限，国际贸易、电子商务、市场营销、英语等相关专业优先； 2、英语流利，能作为工作语言进行日常沟通（读写 + 口语），有英语国家交流 / 学习经历者优先； 3、对海外电商（如沃尔玛、Costco等平台）或跨境营销有兴趣，愿意学习海外电商运营逻辑； 4、具备基础数据分析能力（如 Excel 基础操作），有数据整理、图表制作经验者优先； 5、性格积极主动，乐于沟通，有责任心，能快速学习新事物，愿意在实践中积累经验； 6、每周可实习5天，持续 4个月及以上。
