项目“推进官”：不只是跑腿打杂，你将真正深入拉美市场整合营销项目的核心。协助品牌经理对接内外部大神，管理项目文件，确保每一个绝妙创意都能稳稳落地。 创意内容“合伙人”：你的文字和审美，将直接影响品牌在拉美的形象。根据产品卖点和营销策略，输出抓人的文案、构思吸睛的视觉创意，让消费者一眼爱上我们的产品。 网红“操盘手”：成为品牌的“星探”，在YouTube、Instagram等平台挖掘并维护最对味的本土网红。洞察拉美消费者的真实喜好，与网红共创内容，让品牌声浪指数级传播。 市场“情报员”：手握洞察工具，深入拉美腹地。研究当地用户的品牌偏好、扒一扒竞品的最新动作、收集前沿的营销案例。产出有价值的洞察报告，为团队的“科学决策”提供弹药。 活动“发动机”：策划并引爆UGC、社群互动甚至线下活动。无论是线上话题炒作还是线下快闪，你都是吸引用户参与、提升品牌好感度的关键人物。
