【你将参与】 1. 项目管理：支持中欧市场整合营销项目的沟通推进，包括协助品牌经理与内外部合作伙伴协作，项目文件管理等； 2. 内容营销： (1) 推动内容营销素材落地，包括基于营销策略，产品定位和产品卖点的文案撰写、视觉构思等； (2) 负责Youtuber、Instagram等新媒体平台网红资源开发和维护，分析把握市场和消费者需求，并根据需求调整内容策略； 3. 营销洞察：使用洞察工具，收集当地用户品牌偏好、各行业创新营销案例、竞品营销情报等进行对目标市场/竞品/受众的洞察分析，生成洞察报告支持团队科学决策； 4. 活动策划：策划/参与UGC/社媒社群/线下等活动内容，吸引用户参与活动，持续优化提升推广渠道效率，提升品牌知名度与美誉度。

职位要求 1. 本科或研究生，每周可工作5天，至少工作4个月，能尽快到岗者优先； 2. 专业不限，市场营销、英语、国际贸易专业优先，有过留学学习/生活经验或能将英语作为工作语言者优先； 3. 乐于研究欧美文化，了解海外社交媒体平台及热点话题，有海外社交媒体策划经验优先； 有KOL合作，Co-Branding 等推广经验，有较强的数据分析能力，持续优化投放数据为佳； 4. 具备基本的项目管理能力，能独立输出项目过程管理、阶段总结文档，有大型项目策划经验者优先； 5. 积极主动，执行力强，严谨细心，对数据敏感； 6. 有较好的理解力和逻辑思维，善于信息整合、跨部门沟通；
