一、岗位职责 （一）质量运营 / PMO（约 70%） 1. 流程与标准建设 协助梳理各节点 IO 清单，并将其固化为可复用的标准模板 参与流程地图建设：把团队"做事的方式"显性化、可导航 维护流程版本与变更日志 2. 知识资产与复盘机制 协助搭建项目 / 事故复盘机制：组织复盘会、输出纪要、沉淀经验到知识库、跟进改进项闭环 3. 工具与提效 协助项目管理工具的选型研究与迁移落地 参与各岗位提效工具盘点，推动 PA / Skill 等 AI 工具在团队内的推广与使用 参与新人 onboarding 包建设 4. 运营机制与文化活动 协助流程执行 audit，确保"流程不白建" 质量 / 工程文化活动的策划与执行：品质红线宣贯、质量月、技术分享会 日常会务支持：会议组织、材料准备、纪要整理与行动项跟踪 （二）项目交付 / PjM（约 30%） 5. 项目进度支持：协助维护项目计划与进度台账，跟踪节点交付物，识别阻塞并跟进 6. 项目健康度与风险：协助搭建项目健康度看板、风险登记册review等 7. 团队资产与台账：维护固定资产清单、系统账号与其他台账

二、任职要求（硬性） 有组织经验 —— 担任过班委会成员、社团/学生会负责人等，具备快速筹备活动的经验，能独立拉通一场活动从策划、协调到落地的全流程 有自己的思考 —— 能在实践中判断哪些做法合理、哪些不合理，并勇于提出自己的思考和见解，而非只被动执行 实习时间与形式 —— 4 个月起；深圳线下，每周 ≥ 4 天（全职优先）；到岗越快越好

三、加分项 熟练使用飞书文档；会用 AI 工具提效；理工科背景或有项目助理/PMO/运营实习经历；独立发起或优化过某件事（活动、流程、社团项目）
