安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1.基于强化学习（PPO/SAC等）设计并训练双足/人形机器人的运动控制策略，覆盖站立、行走、转向、上下坡、抗扰动等基础运动能力 2.在 Isaac Gym/Isaac Lab/MuJoCo 等仿真平台搭建大规模并行训练环境，完成从环境搭建、策略训练到性能评估的完整闭环 3.负责仿真策略到真实机器人平台的 Sim2Real 迁移，定位真机部署中的抖动、步态异常、响应滞后等问题并解决 4.设计并优化奖励函数（速度跟踪、姿态稳定、能耗效率、足端轨迹平滑等），提升策略自然度和鲁棒性 5.跟踪前沿论文（RSS/ICRA/IROS/CoRL等），探索RL locomotion 新范式

1.硕士及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化、控制工程等相关专业，2027年及以后毕业优先 2.深刻理解强化学习核心算法（PPO、SAC等），熟悉 Actor-Critic 架构及其在连续控制任务中的应用 3.熟练掌握 Isaac Gym/Isaac Lab 等机器人仿真平台，具备从环境搭建到策略训练的全流程经验 4.精通 Python 与 PyTorch，具备分布式训练与并行仿真经验 5.具备扎实的机器人运动学与动力学基础 6.具备较强的论文阅读与复现能力 加分项 有双足/人形/四足机器人 Sim2Real 迁移与真机部署实战经验 熟悉 MuJoCo、Gazebo 等主流仿真引擎 在机器人/RL/控制领域顶会顶刊（CoRL、ICRA、IROS、RSS、NeurIPS 等）发表过相关论文 熟悉 ROS/ROS2，具备机器人系统集成与调试经验 有大模型与RL结合的研究或项目经验 你将获得 参与具身智能前沿人形机器人运动控制研发 仿真训练到真机部署的完整 Sim2Real 闭环经验 与运控、感知、规划等多领域专家协作
