岗位职责 1、协助负责公司产品在马来西亚跨境电商平台(Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop等)的销售、运营、推广等工作; 2、以数据为驱动,协助监控平台各项运营指标,进行运营数据分析与诊断,为整体平台运营优化提供支持; 3、参与产品推广工作,配合完成站内外引流、广告优化、提高产品在马来市场的销售排名和销量等任务; 4、分析并监控马来西亚各平台的销售情况,敏锐洞察本地市场变化并及时反馈,协助达成销售目标; 5、协助收集马来西亚市场竞品信息,了解本地消费者偏好和购物习惯。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历,英语/市场营销/商业分析/国际贸易等相关专业优先; 2、具有较强的逻辑思维能力和数据敏感度,有Shopee/Lazada/TikTok Shop等电商平台经验或跨境电商实习经验者优先; 3、结果导向,具备良好的沟通协调能力和学习能力,较强的执行力; 4、英语读写优秀,具备日常口语沟通能力
