1. 直播支持 负责直播全流程的场控与监播，配合主播节奏进行弹幕维护、突发情况处理，保障直播间稳定高效运转 2. 数据分析 实时监测直播间GMV、流量变化、转化漏斗及其他核心运营指标。每场直播结束后输出数据复盘报告，分析成交波动原因，提出优化建议并推动后续执行落地 3. 货品策略 参与直播间货盘选品与组合策略制定，围绕营销节点策划直播促销活动，制定关联销售方案，提升客单价及转化效率 4. 资源统筹 负责与TikTok官方运营团队对接，申报价格机制、平台活动资源，争取流量扶持及专场合作机会 统筹重大直播场次的平台侧沟通，协调资源落地，提升直播间曝光及参与度

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历 2. 数据敏感，熟练使用Excel 3. 英语六级以上，可用作工作语言 4. 工作细致认真，积极主动
