安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 1、负责TikTok平台KOL/Creator资源的搜寻与初步筛选，协助建立并维护达人合作资源库。 2、协助完成与KOL/KOC的日常沟通与合作对接，包括合作邀约、需求传达、内容跟进及发布排期管理。 3、协助推进达人合作执行流程，包括样品寄送、脚本确认、内容审核、发布跟进及基础数据回收。 4、协助整理与监测达人合作数据（播放量、互动率、转化率、GMV等），完成基础数据整理与效果复盘。 5、持续关注TikTok平台内容趋势及达人动态，协助沉淀行业信息与内容洞察。 6、协助团队完成营销活动及节日Campaign的达人招募与内容协同执行。

1、半年左右相关经验或实习经验，了解TikTok平台生态，对海外内容平台有基本认知；熟悉美国本土文化，对内容趋势有一定敏感度。 2、对海外红人营销（Influencer Marketing）感兴趣，学习能力强，执行力高，具备良好的沟通能力与责任心。 3、了解TikTok联盟（TikTok Affiliate）基础玩法，或对TikTok Shop后台有基础认知者优先。 4、具备基础数据整理与分析能力，能够熟练使用 Excel 进行数据整理与简单报表制作。 5、有海外留学背景或英语沟通能力较好者优先。
