安克实习生项目是面向正式校招岗位的人才培养与选拔通道。实习期间将按照校招标准进行系统的培养与综合评估，表现优秀者可直接获得校招转正机会，提前锁定正式校招席位。我们以严肃、长期的视角对待每一位实习生，也期待与你共同成长。 【你将参与】 岗位职责 参与 DevOps 研发平台的 UI/UX 体验优化，分析用户使用场景，发现体验问题并提出优化方案； 协助开展用户调研、竞品分析和体验分析，收集研发用户反馈，挖掘产品体验提升机会； 负责产品功能模块的交互设计，包括业务流程梳理、页面结构设计、原型输出及交互方案完善； 配合产品经理、研发团队推进设计方案落地，跟踪功能上线效果并持续优化用户体验； 参与平台 UI 设计规范、组件库及交互规范建设，提升产品设计一致性和开发效率； 参与 AI + DevOps 产品创新设计，探索 AI 能力在研发流程和软件产品交互中的应用场景；

任职要求必备项 本科及以上学历，工业设计、交互设计、视觉设计、人机交互、计算机等相关专业在读； 具备良好的 UI/UX 设计基础，熟悉用户研究、信息架构、交互设计、原型设计等方法； 熟练使用 Figma、Sketch、Axure 等设计工具，具备独立完成页面设计和交互方案输出能力； 具备较强的逻辑分析和系统理解能力，能够理解复杂业务流程并转化为易用的产品体验方案； 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够与产品经理、研发工程师协同推进设计方案落地； 对企业级软件产品、AI 应用、DevOps 工具等方向感兴趣，有相关设计项目或实习经验优先； 具备优秀的学习能力和用户视角，能够主动发现问题并持续推动体验优化。 五、你将获得 参与 AI + DevOps 研发平台的体验优化，积累企业级软件产品 UI/UX 设计实践经验； 在实际业务场景中参与用户调研、交互设计、方案落地等完整设计流程，提升产品设计能力； 与产品经理、研发工程师协作，了解软件产品从需求到交付的完整过程，提升综合能力。
