任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，优先计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业。 2. 拥有2年及以上Al大模型产品相关经验，具备主导A产品落地的成功案例。 3. 熟悉Al技术及大模型技术栈，具备RAG、Agent等开发框架的应用能力。 4. 具备较强的学习与创新能力，敢于突破传统，适配业务创新需求。 5. 掌握营销服务、供应链等任一核心业务领域相关知识，适配业务需求。
