1、洞察与研究：产品线产业链洞察和研究，分析产业链上下游对产品线商业计划的影响，输出财经分析报告； 2、全面预算管理：负责业务的财经洞察，协助业务编制未来3-5年战略计划和商业计划，输出BG/PDT的BP和年度全面预算； 3、经营分析报告：开展BG经营分析和月度滚动预测，通过数据分析，深入业务找到问题根因，识别关键问题并推动闭环管理，保障经营目标达成； 4、全生命周期管理：参与产品全生命周期管理，负责产品全生命周期各阶段的概算、预算、核算和决算，建立主流程财经管控点，优化流程和商业决策测算模型； 5、端到端成本管理：参与到产品成本管理，监控产品从立项规划到上市前目标成本偏差，持续对产品成本合理性分析，发掘研发和供应链等降本机会点； 6、运营风险管理：有效管理经营过程的各项运营风险，及时预警各层级业务主官，提出有效解决方案，并跟踪落地闭环。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上业务分析工作经验，财务类专业（取得CPA、ACCA等专业资格优先考虑）； 2、熟练使用数据分析工具，熟悉财务系统（有信息系统项目经验，如SAP、商务智能(BI)等经验优先考虑）； 3、数据敏感性高，逻辑思维强，擅长业务分析建模； 4、有全局和前瞻思维，业务敏感性强； 5、具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，具备较强的学习和理解能力，能够独挡一面； 6、具备良好的英文沟通能力。
