核心职责 全栈系统开发 后端：设计和开发数据服务 API（Python / Java/Node.js等），对接数据平台和数据仓库 前端：构建数据洞察看板和分析平台（React / Vue），实现数据可视化与交互分析 设计系统架构，确保可扩展性和可维护性 编写自动化测试，保障代码质量 AI 应用层开发 基于 LLM 构建智能分析能力：情感分析、问题归因、趋势洞察、自动报告生成 设计和开发 AI Agent 工作流，实现数据查询 → 分析 → 可视化的自动化链路 构建 RAG / 知识库系统，支撑业务人员自然语言查询数据 Prompt Engineering 优化，确保 AI 输出质量和稳定性 数据工程协作 与数据工程师协作，理解数据模型和分层架构 参与数据质量规则设计和监控 优化数据查询性能，支撑实时/准实时分析场景

任职要求 必须（Must Have） 前端开发：3 年以上前端开发经验，精通 React 或 Vue 生态，有数据可视化项目经验 后端开发：3 年以上后端开发经验，精通 Python Java 或 Node.js，熟悉 RESTful API 设计和数据库操作 AI/LLM 应用：有 LLM 应用开发实战经验，熟悉主流大模型 API，掌握 Prompt Engineering、RAG、Function Calling 等核心技术 工程能力：扎实的计算机基础，熟悉 Git 工作流、CI/CD、容器化部署，有良好的代码规范和文档习惯 学历：本科及以上，计算机、软件工程、数据科学等相关专业 加分（Nice to Have） AI Agent 开发：有 AI Agent / 多智能体系统开发经验，熟悉 LangChain、AutoGen、CrewAI 等框架 数据工程：了解数据仓库分层架构，有 Spark / Databricks / Delta Lake 使用经验 NLP：有文本分类、情感分析、关键词提取等 NLP 任务经验 云平台：有阿里云、AWS、Azure 等云平台使用经验 全栈项目：有从 0 到 1 搭建数据产品 / AI 产品的完整经验
