任职资格： 1.人力资源管理、心理学、企业管理或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2.5年以上人力资源工作经验；有互联网或者电商行业BP工作经验者优先； 3.丰富的组织诊断，架构调整，人才发展项目经验 4.优秀的语言表达及沟通能力，具备良好的亲和力、明锐的洞察能力和分析判断力； 5.较强的敬业精神与责任感，良好的团队精神、规划和执行能力。 6.英文沟通流利者优先。
