1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上财务分析或商业分析经验，财务、商业分析类专业（取得CPA、ACCA等专业资格优先考虑）； 2、熟练使用数据分析工具，数据敏感性高，擅长业务分析和财务建模； 3、商业敏感度高，逻辑思维强，能结构化思考和解决问题，有较强的全局思考和前瞻性思维； 4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，具备较强的学习和理解能力，英语沟通能力良好。
