【关于我们】 安克创新是全球消费电子龙头企业，旗下拥有 Anker（充电）、soundcore（音频）、eufy（智能家居/安防）、Nebula（智能投影）等品牌，产品销往全球 100 多个国家和地区。澳洲是公司增长最快的海外市场之一，覆盖 Amazon AU、主流线下零售连锁、运营商及 DTC 等全渠道。现诚聘财务 BP 深入本地业务，以数据与洞察驱动业务增长。 【岗位概述】 作为澳洲（ANZ）业务的财务 BP，你将成为国家管理团队与各职能负责人的核心财务伙伴，以 FP&A 为主线，负责完整的预算与预测闭环，输出影响商业决策的经营分析，并担当本地业务与总部财务之间的桥梁。 【核心职责】 一、业务伙伴与预算管理和决策支持 - 对接各 expenditure owner 并参与预算控制：部门预算编制、月度计提、预算释放与调整追踪； - Retail/直营门店利润表的维护、管理与报告：月度门店 P&L 刷新、租赁销售数据申报、门店季度经营结果追踪与新店开店测算； - 业绩核算支持 二、FP&A – 预测、目标与分析 - 双周滚动预测（FCST）提交，预测追踪与闭环管理； - 季度目标（Quota）设定支持：按渠道/品类/客户多维度目标拆解、目标释放与达成追踪； - 月度经营分析会准备：实际 vs 预算/预测/去年同期差异分析、P&L 解读，并向本地管理层及总部输出业绩报告； - 按渠道/品类/客户维度开展盈利分析，跟踪毛利率、运营费用、存货与营运资金、现金流。 三、风险管理与流程优化 - 前瞻识别经营风险与机会，提出可落地的改善与增长建议； - 持续优化预测、报告与管控流程，运用 AI 工具实现取数、分析与管理报表自动化与可视化； - 配合本地核算团队及总部财务完成法定合规事项（GST、AASB/IFRS、年度审计）与集团报告要求。

【任职要求】 - 财务、会计、经济等相关专业本科及以上学历；持证或在考末期（CA ANZ / CPA Australia）； - 3 年以上 FP&A 经验，有跨国消费电子、快消、零售或电商行业背景者优先； - 具备 AI 运用能力：能熟练使用主流 AI 工具提升取数、测算、分析与报告产出效率； - 具备跨职能影响力，能用业务语言向非财务人员清晰传达财务洞察； - 适应快节奏、跨文化矩阵组织，能与中国总部跨时区高效协作；会中文者优先。
