Responsibilities 1. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Assist recruiters in proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and employee referrals for technical, sales, or business roles. 2. Screening Support: Review incoming applications and perform initial resume screening based on role requirements. 3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview rounds between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and timely interview process. 4. Candidate Experience: Act as a main point of contact during interview days to provide a welcoming on-site candidate experience and prompt follow-up communications. 5. Recruiting Operations & Data: Help maintain accuracy in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), track recruiting metrics, and prepare simple hiring reports. 6. Employer Branding & Campus Outreach: Support local employer branding initiatives, university recruiting events, and job fairs to attract early-career talent. 7. Global HR Collaboration: Assist the recruiting team with ad-hoc administrative tasks and cross-regional hiring support as needed.

Qualifications 1. Education: Current undergraduate (Junior/Senior) or Master’s student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field (Recent graduates will also be considered). 2. Work Requirement: Ability to work 40 hours per week on-site in our Seattle office. 3. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with candidates and internal team members professionally. 4. Organization & Detail: Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Tools & Tech: Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Prior exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. 6. Attributes: Eager to learn, self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about building a career in HR/Talent Acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications: 1. Prior internship or project experience in HR, recruitment, customer service, or administrative support. 2. Interest in consumer electronics, tech, or e-commerce industries. 3. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong plus to collaborate with our global cross-border teams.

【For Pay Transparency】 Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (Non-Exempt, 40 hours/week). Actual pay will depend on candidate qualifications, relevant experience, skills, and educational background.
