The posting

Job Overview We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to grow B2B sales of Eufy Security's hardware + app + alarm solutions across North America. This is an individual-contributor, B2B channel sales role (not B2C/D2C), focused on acquiring the right partners, expanding wallet share, and converting pipeline into repeatable revenue in the commercial and SMB segments. The role requires substantial face-to-face time in the field — customer and partner visits, trade shows, and regional events — with regular travel across the assigned territory. Why Eufy Security B2B Eufy Security is entering the B2B market with a differentiated price-performance and privacy-forward value proposition — hardware + app + alarm without forced subscriptions — spanning cameras, HUBs, sensors, and NVRs. This role is the frontline owner of that story as we scale commercial and SMB adoption across North America.

Work Location Home-based field role covering the Continental US (48 contiguous states); travel ~[40–60]%

Reporting Line This role will report into the head of this business unit (DIFM, PCT), Senior Director, Anker | Eufy Security B2B, North America

Responsibilities 1. Account Acquisition & New-Logo Growth — Identify, prospect, and onboard key accounts (system integrators, dealers, VARs, OEMs) with strong product-market fit for Eufy Security B2B solutions; drive proactive new-logo acquisition, not just account expansion. 2. Quota & Revenue Ownership — Own the full sales cycle (prospect → qualify → demo/PoC → close) and meet/exceed assigned quarterly and annual revenue targets; grow wallet share within existing accounts via cross-sell and upsell. 3. Solution Selling — Deliver hardware + cloud/software/app/alarm demos and manage pilot/proof-of-concept evaluations; sell total-solution value (cameras, HUBs, sensors, NVR + software/cloud/app/alarm), not box-moving. 4. Partner Enablement & JBP — Train, certify, and enable partners to build self-sufficient sellers; conduct joint business planning and co-marketing/MDF activities with top accounts. 5. Pipeline & Forecast Discipline — Build and maintain an accurate, well-staged pipeline and forecast in CRM; drive deal-stage and close-date discipline; convert leads into repeatable, scalable revenue. 6. Relationship Management — Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with integrators, ISPs, VARs, and distributors; manage customer expectations through delivery and post-sale. 7. VoC, Competitive Intel & Win/Loss — Capture VoC, competitive landscape, and market trends; run structured win/loss analysis to refine playbooks and feed insights back to product and marketing. 8. Cross-Functional & Field GTM — Partner with marketing, product, solutions engineering, and operations on GTM alignment; represent Eufy at key industry events (e.g., ISC West, GSX) and regional customer/partner visits to generate demand.

Target Verticals - Focus B2B, commercial & SMB segments include, but not limited to: home alarm monitoring service, retail & loss prevention, small commercial office, logistics & warehouse. - Prioritize partner accounts with the strongest product-market fit for Eufy Security B2B solutions. Key Success Metrics (Year 1) - 5+ new key accounts onboarded, enabled, and ramped to repeatable revenue - Achieve 100% of assigned annual quota by end of Year 1 - Sustain quarterly forecast accuracy of 80% and a pipeline coverage ratio of 80%

  • Industry Experience — 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience in physical security or closely related industries (surveillance, alarm/intrusion, VSaaS, access control, or networking).
  • Track Record — Proven history of meeting/exceeding quota and driving pipeline growth through the full sales cycle (prospecting → close).
  • Account Ownership — Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of sales and account management, including forecasting and CRM hygiene (Salesforce preferred).
  • Channel Expertise — Strong experience building and managing partnerships with system integrators, ISPs, VARs, distributors, and OEMs.
  • AI Fluency — Able to use AI tools fluently to streamline work — drafting project proposals, business plans, and GTM strategies — to drive efficiency.
  • Education — Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, or Computer Engineering; MBA or Master's is a plus.
  • Communication & Negotiation — Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; able to influence partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration — Comfortable working with marketing, product, solutions engineering, and operations on GTM alignment.
  • Travel & Field Presence — Willingness and ability to travel ~[40–60]% within the assigned region for customer/partner visits, trade shows, and events; comfortable with high face-to-face engagement as a core part of the role.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
