作为出海公司翘楚的独立站运营经理，您将全面lead所负责品牌独立站的日常运营、增长策略和生意管理，操盘近20亿体量的生意盘子。该岗位确保网站高效运转，提升用户体验，并通过数据分析和营销优化实现销售目标。本职位要求具备出色的英文和跨文化沟通能力、跨部门协作能力及电商运营经验和战略思维，是公司出海业务的核心角色。

核心职责 1. 承接公司的品类和拓展计划，制定特定品线在目标国家面向核心消费者的业务策略和规划，包括选品/国家/价格/营销，并达成业绩目标； 2. 负责独立站的全业务链条，向核心目标消费者准确清晰的传递品牌形象和全链路购物体验，包括建站优化、流量运营、内容和活动运营、购物体验和购后体验； 3. 营销推广：制定合理的推广策略，管理维护重点渠道，例如广告/KOL/EDM/Affiliate，确保业务结果达成； 4. 品牌/产品和购物体验管理：分析网站需求，基于品牌和产品规划，策划网站架构、排版、功能、购物流程优化等； 5. 与开发团队共同完成网站的建设和改版工作，并通过不断测试提高用户体验，从而提升业绩表现； 6. 销售预测和供应管理：为销售预测准确率负责，合理管理库存和供应水平，从而提升业绩表现； 7. 主动把握和关注业务重心，规划站点的年度、月度运营计划，并带领团队落地执行； 8. 通过市场和消费者洞察，结合数据分析，洞察消费者心理和行为，优化运营策略，驱动精细化运营的效率提升； 9. 主动洞察新的业绩增长点，亲自管理重大项目或者新功项目，在实践中驱动新能力的建设。 10. 根据业务增长策略，搭建和重组团队和人员配备，赋能团队专业能力建设（only for DTC Leader）

1. 本科以上学历，英语能作为工作语言，有小语种能力加分； 2. 3-5年以上跨境电商独立站网站运营或第三方平台品类运营或大品牌电商营销等相关营销经验，熟悉电商操盘业务模块和业务流程； 3. 熟悉当前跨境电商的行业发展趋势，对市场的类目竞品总体情况比较了解；passion for business 4. 具有很强的规划能力、团队合作意识、抗压能力和业务推动力，业务自驱力强； 5. 逻辑思维清晰，对数据较强敏感性，结构化表达和分析能力强； 6. 有团队建设和管理的经验（only for DTC Leader）
