1. 可靠性方法论建设：构建智能硬件可靠性设计与评估的完整框架，覆盖电子元器件可靠性、PCB/PCBA 可靠性、模组/传感器可靠性、电源可靠性； 2. AI 规则定义：将可靠性分析方法拆解为 AI 规则，定义 DFMEA 中失效模式（热失效、电迁移、ESD、EMI、焊接失效等）的 AI 识别逻辑； 3. AI 审核与迭代：审核 AI 自动生成的可靠性分析结果，持续优化 AI 规则在电子领域的准确性； 4. 可靠性工具链建设：搭建产品可靠性分析工具链（含热仿真可靠性分析、PCB 可靠性评估、元器件降额分析），嵌入产品设计流程； 5. 产品失效模式库建设：建立失效模式知识库，覆盖传感器、功率模块、通信模组等核心器件的失效机理和预防措施；

1、学历：本科及以上，电子工程、微电子、电力电子等硬件相关专业； 2、经验：8 年以上电子可靠性工作经验，3 年及以上可靠性体系搭建经验；有 IoT / 储能 / 机器人硬件经验优先； 3、精通元器件、PCBA、电源、各类传感器可靠性设计与失效分析； 4、熟悉 ESD/EMC、热应力、焊接可靠性，熟练运用 DFMEA 开展风险管控； 5、数字化能力：了解 AI 基础逻辑，可将工程标准转化为数字化校验规则，有可靠性平台落地经验优先； 6、综合素养：认同质量前置理念，具备知识标准化沉淀、跨部门培训与项目推动能力。
