职位详情 一，岗位职责: 1、产品营收目标，毛利目标达成:与区域负责人一起为经营目标的达成负责，洞察产品机会点(需求、竞争)，通过产品策略制定以及GTM操盘，提升产品竞争比，提升产品销量; 2、市场洞察:清晰梳理国家竞争大盘(存量市场和增量市场)，分析行业趋势、竞争趋势、竞争差距等，并挖掘机会点，为产品策略制定、产品结构优化、GTM操盘提供指引; 3、产品GTM:从市场角度，协助区域负责人，通过合理的产品策略和本地化的GTM策略实现销售任务达成(市场调研、产品定位、上市策略、销售培训、预测&分货、过程跟进及复盘); 4、产品策略的制定和执行:基于市场洞察，构建区域、国家和客户维度的产品体系，包括产品定位，产品定价，以及产品生命周期管理等; 5，客户管理和问题管理:构建客户信息通道(客户拜访、Roadshow、社群等)，收集客户需求及痛点;客户重大问题推进解决，能够快速制定应对方案，降低客诉率;

二，任职要求: 1，本科及以上学历，5年以上海外市场直接面向客户的工作经历，了解市场运作模式，具备一线业务思维; 2、具备美国渠道的市场调研能力，对消费类电子产品有浓厚兴趣，熟悉智能家居行业发展趋势，能够结合行业特点挖掘产品需求，落地产品规划。 3、沟通协调能力强，了解一线需求，能够跨部门高效协调中后台资源解决一线的产品问题。 4、成就导向，长期主义，具备较高的奋斗意识;勤奋，抗压，责任心和落地执行力强。 5、接英文听说读写流利，可作为工作语言。 6、行业经验:消费电子·智能硬件·电子/半导体/集成电路行业工作经验。
