岗位职责： 1、参与 服务器、存储、网络、GPU 算力资源 的规划、部署与演进； 2、深度参与 Kubernetes 集群 的建设、升级和稳定性优化； 3、支撑 算力集群 / AI 训练与推理平台 的容器化运行与调度； 4、建设并持续优化 监控 / 日志 / 告警体系，而不是只盯报警和云厂商、硬件厂商一起解决 复杂、非模板化的问题； 5、和业务、平台同事一起，把基础设施变成 业务的加速器；

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、通信或相关专业，2年及以上相关经验； 2、了解主流服务器与硬件平台（Dell / HPE / H3C / 华为 / 浪潮等） 3、实际使用过 Kubernetes，理解容器、网络、存储在 K8s 里的基本工作方式； 4、对系统稳定性、资源利用率、性能问题 有好奇心和判断力； 5、对AI赋能运维有一定的了解。
