1. 计算机软件相关专业本科及以上学历，7年以上开发经验，三年以上财经、供应链、ERP、广告获客、crm、营销、用户画像等领域之一架构设计经验； 2. Java基础扎实，有大型分布式、大数据量、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计开发经验； 3. 对微服务、分库分表、分布式事务有深入理解，熟练掌握MySQL，Redis ，Mongodb ，Kafka ，SpringCloud等开源组件的应用；熟悉性能调休； 4. 精通设计模式，对Domain Driven Design有深刻理解，并有基于DDD的实践经验者优先； 5. 有较强的独立工作能力和团队协作精神，有较好的沟通表达和培养下属能力； 6.对技术有激情，喜欢钻研，能快速接受和掌握新技术，有较强的独立、主动的学习能力； 7. 熟悉Docker，Kubernates的使用者优先。
