电子工程 / 自动化相关专业 硕士及以上学历 ，5 年以上 机器人 / 工业设备硬件开发经验； 主导过量产级机电一体化产品 全生命周期开发（需提供项目佐证）； 精通 高速数字电路设计 （DDR3/4、PCIe 等），掌握 大功率电机驱动电路 （＞1kW）热设计与保护机制； 具备多传感器融合系统 开发经验，熟悉 CAN-FD/EtherCAT 等工业总线协议； 熟练使用 Cadence/Allegro 进行 8 层以上高密度板设计，掌握 SI/PI 仿真工具； 精通汽车电子级可靠性标准 （如 ISO-16750），有功能安全（ISO13849）开发经验者优先； 熟悉 机器人运动控制原理 ，能与算法团队协同优化硬件响应特性。
