岗位职责 1. 门店财务标准体系搭建与运营（核心） 牵头制定门店财务各职能领域的属地化对接标准与 SOP：费用报销/应付、库存账实、应收与线下对账、现金与资金、固定资产、独立核算等 明确每一项属地动作的频次分级（日/周/月/季/年）与属地化方式选择（属地派驻 / 出差+远程 / 代理），在"外派成本过高为默认排除项"前提下给出最优路径 持续迭代门店财务标准 2. 监督稽查与内控闭环 建立门店财务的远程监督与稽查机制：现金安全、库存盘点抽盘、固定资产账实、费用合规等 对门店高频动作（现金、库存等）以"业务主导、财务定标准+给要求+监督稽查"的模式落地，守住资金安全与账实一致的底线 组织并执行必要的门店现场抽盘/稽查，协同出差资源做性价比最优的覆盖 3. 跨职能复用机制统筹 设计并运营"一鱼多吃"的跨职能复用体系：组织应收、库存、费用等岗位人员出差时顺带代做其他职能的属地动作（对账、抽盘、固定资产盘点等） 制定跨职能培训方案与能力认证标准，界定复用边界，让有限的差旅投入覆盖最多的属地任务 4. 组织形态与 COE 演进设计 参与零售财务组织形态的规划与落地：COE 职责边界、岗位设置、与各职能团队（核算/税务/资金/报告）的协作与汇报机制 破解"虚拟组织虚线 Leader 抓手弱"的难题，推动属地化责任落到有权力、有抓手的岗位 规划并推动从"集中+COE 过渡"向"区域 Hub → 属地化"的 演进路径 5. 系统与数据支撑 与报告/IT 团队协同，推动门店独立核算与合并报告的系统化、自动化，减少对属地人力的依赖 建立门店财务数据看板与异常监控机制，支撑规模化下的远程管理 通过AI建立自动盘点对账与差异分析Agent，提升标准化程度与效率 6. 跨职能与跨区域协同 作为门店财务对业务侧（门店运营/供应链）的统一接口，承接并响应业务属地化需求 联动税务（主体注册/申报/开票）、资金（现金归集）等职能，确保门店开业的财务闭环

硬性条件 学历：财务、会计、金融等相关专业本科及以上 资质：持有 CPA / ACCA / CMA 等专业资格者优先 经验： 8 年以上财务工作经验，其中 3 年以上零售 / 连锁 / 快消行业财务经验（门店财务、区域财务或零售运营财务为佳） 具备多区域 / 跨国门店财务管理或统筹经验，熟悉门店现金、库存、对账、核算等属地化场景 语言：英语可作为工作语言（涉及全球门店与海外沟通） 核心能力 标准制定与流程设计：能把复杂、分散的门店属地需求抽象成可复制、可稽核的标准与 SOP 监督稽查与内控：熟悉资金安全、账实一致、库存盘点等内控要点，有实战经验 跨职能统筹：有跨团队、跨区域协调资源与人才的经历，能推动"一套人覆盖多件事"的复用机制 系统与数据思维：理解财务系统化/自动化逻辑，能用数据驱动规模化下的远程管理 组织敏感度：对虚线汇报、虚拟组织、COE 运作有实际认知与解法 加分项 有从 0 到 1 搭建门店/区域财务体系的经验 有电子消费品 / 品牌零售企业财务背景（外部对标视角） 有海外出差/驻外工作经历
