教育背景 ：电子工程、自动化、机械电子等相关专业本科及以上学历； 经验要求 ：5 年以上机器人 / 复杂智能硬件产品管理经验，主导过至少 2 个全生命周期开发项目； 技术能力 ：熟悉机器人核心模块（主控 / 驱动 / 传感器）、工业协议（EtherCAT/CAN）及 CE/FCC 认证流程； 协作能力 ：具备跨部门沟通与资源整合能力，能将模糊需求转化为可执行方案； 创新思维 ：拥有技术方案转化能力，擅长解决系统性难题并推动产品迭代； 语言能力 ：具备良好的英语口语与书面表达能力。 核心价值点 ：需兼具战略视野与落地能力，平衡技术深度与商业化目标，持续驱动硬件产品竞争力提升
