工作职责 核心职责 内容运营体系搭建：从 0 到 1 建立内容运营的方法论与 SOP，包括内容洞察、策划、生产、分发、质量管理的全链路标准化流程，沉淀可复用的内容运营能力，支撑业务规模化增长 内容洞察与选题策划：深入分析平台用户的创作行为与内容消费数据，结合站内外趋势洞察，识别高潜力内容方向，借助 AI 工具提升洞察效率，建立灵感库与选题机制，完成内容日历编排 内容生产与爆款打造：协调内外部创作者，策划并推动内容专题生产，建立爆款内容的筛选标准与生产流程，探索 AI 辅助内容创作的最佳实践，持续产出高传播性、高转化率的优质内容 内容分发与传播策略：规划站内外多渠道内容分发策略，设计内容包装形态，通过数据驱动持续优化触达效率和转化效果 内容推荐与质量分级：定义站内内容推荐策略和展示逻辑，建立内容质量分级体系，确保优质内容获得充分曝光，低质内容得到引导或处理 内容效果归因与策略迭代：建立内容效果的量化分析能力，追踪不同内容类型、分发渠道、创作者的转化贡献，通过数据归因驱动选题方向和资源分配的持续优化 内容活动与社区内容生态：策划并执行内容投稿活动（创作者大赛、挑战赛、话题运营等），设计活动机制降低用户参与门槛，引导用户产出优质内容，推动社区内容生态的正向循环

岗位要求 本科及以上学历，5-8 年内容运营经验，有内容平台或创作者社区的全链路运营经验 具备 0-1 体系搭建能力，有从零构建内容运营体系的实战经验 熟练使用 AI 工具提升内容生产与运营效率，对 AI 在运营场景中的应用有实践 具备优秀的内容判断力和选题策划能力，有爆款内容打造的成功案例 具备较强的数据分析能力，能基于内容效果数据进行归因分析与策略迭代 具备跨团队协作能力，能有效协调设计师、创作者、产品等多方资源 能独立进行英文内容策划与社区互动 加分项 有海外内容社区运营经验（YouTube、Instagram、TikTok 等） 对 Maker 文化、创意工具方向有兴趣与理解 有内容创作能力
