岗位职责 ： 全流程项目管理 ：主导四足 / 人形机器人硬件项目开发，统筹需求分析、架构定义、技术规格制定及风险管控，确保项目全生命周期高效推进。 跨领域协同开发 ：协调算法、主控、电驱、传感器、FPGA 等团队，完成核心模块集成与接口协议制定，推动跨领域技术方案落地。 系统验证与优化 ：设计硬件系统测试方案（功能 / 负载 / EMC 测试），主导整机联调与性能瓶颈突破，解决复杂现场问题，提升系统鲁棒性。 量产支持 ：推进 BOM 整合与可制造性设计（DFT），分析生产异常并提出改进方案，确保产品从研发到量产的顺利过渡。 技术前瞻性研究 ：评估异构计算平台、无线供电等新兴技术在机器人系统的应用价值，推动技术迭代与创新。

任职要求 ： 电子工程、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历， 5 年以上机器人硬件项目管理经验 ，主导过至少 2 个机器人产品全生命周期开发。 熟悉机器人核心模块开发（主控系统 / 关节驱动 / 多传感器融合）及工业协议（EtherCAT/CAN），具备硬件技术方案转化能力。 精通整机系统调试与性能优化，能有效协调结构 / 软件 / 算法团队达成目标。 拥有机器人产品 CE/FCC 认证及 EMC 整改实战经验者优先。 对机器人技术有高度热情，具备较强的抗压能力与复杂问题解决能力。
