高校技术合作能力建设：制定高校技术合作战略规划、提供项目过程规范指导赋能、对过程项目进行监管。 战略规划：搭建高校资源池及高校技术能力地图，与公司技术进行匹配，刷新未来三年技术合作推进详细计划。 流程规范：完善项目过程执行详细规范，如高校寻源及分析方法、项目立项与结项评审开展、商务谈判与合同拟定要点等，赋能项目经理工作开展。 项目监督：对过程中的项目进行定期跟踪，针对高风险项目，参与项目风险应对。 促进高校技术合作达成：结合战略规划明确高校技术合作需求，与BG技术共同推进高校合作。 产研在高校的影响力构建：结合校招节奏，深入产研人才对应高校，构建技术影响力，助力产研校招人才招聘。

教育背景：本科及以上学历，技术管理、项目管理、工程管理、计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业优先。 工作经验：至少5年以上技术合作、项目管理或高校合作相关工作经验，在大型企业或研究机构从事技术合作或项目管理的经验者优先。 专业技能：熟悉项目管理的专业知识和技能，熟悉商务谈判和合同管理，具备制定战略规划和执行计划的能力，了解消费电子类相关产品的技术开发流程。 综合能力：较强的定义和解决问题的能力、沟通和协调能力、组织和规划能力。 其他要求：能够适应一定频率的出差，深入高校进行合作洽谈和项目跟进。
